Acorn promotes long serving employees

3 people [square]Acorn Blue, the Cornwall office of Acorn Property Group, has promoted a number of its long-term sales team staff.

Former sales negotiator Nicola Rafferty, has made the move to Acorn’s land team after being appointed as land assistant. Rafferty will now help secure new land and business for Acorn.

Sean Butcher, another of the team’s sales negotiators, has been promoted to regional sales manager. His new role will support the group sales director in managing sales and marketing of all Acorn Blue developments.

Anne Williams has been promoted to the developer’s new sales coordinator. As sales coordinator, Williams’ role will involve overseeing the legal set up of all developments and sales of new properties.

Nicola Markham, sales director and South West regional director, said: “These promotions within our team reflect the continued success of our developments and the need for us to build upon our professional team.

“The invaluable expertise of Nicola, Sean and Anne in planning and development processes and residential sales will allow us to continue delivering exceptional award winning developments throughout Devon and Cornwall.”
