Barton Willmore creates new development consulting team

Barton Willmore, has created a new development consulting team.

Based in Soho, the team will specialise in providing support to landowners, developers, and local authorities.

Andrew Murphy, will lead the new service alongside associate, Oliver Dawson, who both join from Lambert Smith Hampton.

Murphy has worked with the private and public sector for over 20 years. He has supported projects including the Earls Court proposal and the extension of the Westfield Shopping Centre

Dawson joins Barton Willmore after nine years in the industry specialising in the economic assessment of mixed-use development opportunities.

Iain Painting, senior partner at Barton Willmore, said: “The appointment of Andrew and Oliver to deliver our new development consulting service presents a new offering for our growing client base across the UK. It will give them access to specialist viability advice and knowledge, augmenting our existing research offer.”
