Bidwells appoints new principle planner

. [square]Bidwells has appointed Juliet Clark as a principle planner.

Clark has joined the property consultancy's economics team, where she will provide research, analysis and advice to clients on strategic planning and economic policy issues. She will also produce socio-economic evidence in support of local plan promotions and planning applications.

Clark has worked on research and coordination for the Welsh regional airports study, housing assessments, industrial strategy for Park Royal and recommendations for community infrastructure provision in the new settlements within Kent Thames-side.

Neil Waterson, partner and head of economics at Bidwells said: “Juliet’s expertise and experience will complement our wider planning offer.

“Our team has had an extremely busy 2017 and by appointing Juliet, we will be able to develop our service further, adding strategic value to client projects.”
