Nexus Planning makes promotion to its board

Planning and regeneration consultancy Nexus Planning has promoted Amanda Balson to executive director as well as head of the firm’s London office.
Balson joined Nexus Planning as a director in May 2015 and has overseen expansions of the London team to support the company’s growing base of private sector clients. She has worked on retaining and growing public sector clients in too, in London and nationally.
Balson has particular expertise in advising on and securing planning permission for major mixed-use schemes, including retail and leisure, and residential and education developments.
She has worked on the preparation of a variety of planning policy documents, including neighbourhood plans, supplementary planning documents and masterplans.
