Phil Jones Associates and PJA Engineering announce merger

PJA members  [square]Phil Jones Associates and PJA Engineering have merged to form PJA.

There are changes to the senior leadership team, with founder Phil Jones moving to chairman while Nigel Millington and Mark Nettleton become joint managing directors.   

PJA said it will provide clients with an integrated service that encompasses transport planning, engineering and placemaking.

The firm carries out projects for public sector bodies such as the Department for Transport and Highways England, and partners with organisations like WSP and GVA.

PJA founder Jones, said: “PJA Engineering was established to complement the transport planning and placemaking services provided by Phil Jones Associates.

He added: “With both businesses enjoying growth, the logical progression is to merge all our services under one banner, offering our clients an integrated approach to transport, engineering and placemaking.”
