Planning consultancy Indigo Planning has appointed Sam Pullar as an associate director.
He joins the company from St George Property Developers, which is part of the Berkeley Group, where he was a development manager.
He has more 12 years of planning and development experience in London and the South East.
Work in Pullar’s previous role includes The Old Post Office in Kingston and One Blackfriars, a 50-storey development in Southwark.
His new role will see Pullar concentrate on Central London-based projects across a wider range of sectors.
Nick Belsten, Indigo Planning director and head of the consultancy’s Central London office, said: “We’re pressing ahead with ambitious plans to grow our team and overall presence in Central London. Sam’s appointment plays a key role in this expansion, reinforcing Indigo Planning’s service offering thanks to his extensive London-specific experience and invaluable skillset.”
