Turley expands team in Cardiff

Turley has appointed two new team members, Owen Francis as associate director, and Henri Scanlon as planning assistant.

Francis joins having spent two years as an associate director at Boyer. He has over 12 years of private sector experience on a variety of projects across Wales and England.

Planning assistant Scanlon is studying for a BSc while working for Turley.

Speaking on the new appointments, Huw Jones, director, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Owen and Henri to the team, meaning we have now quadrupled in size since setting up in Cardiff back in 2010. They join at an exciting time as we are working on a number of interesting projects in Wales and through collaboration with our wider UK network of offices.”
