About the Role
You will have the opportunity to: provide high-quality planning advice and support to private and public sector clients; build external working relationships to extend your client base; contribute to company strategy and management of professional teams; conduct research and analysis; take job enquiries and undertake site assessments; evaluate the merit of client development proposals; interact with Local Planning Authorities pre and post application submission; formulate, monitor and review a large range of applications and appeals; attend committee meetings and appeal hearings.
Ideally you will be a commercially minded and ambitious individual who is looking to take on more responsibility within a business. Preferably you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a genuine enthusiasm for town planning, as well as having achieved a degree in a relevant field. It would be advantageous if you are MRTPI and have approximately 7-10 years experience in planning roles in other consultancies and Local Council.
