Your duties will therefore involve assessing, negotiating and determining a range of minor, complex minor and major residential and commercial proposals.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally be MRTPI accredited and have a degree relative to Town Planning. You will also be required to have proven experience working on similar projects in the UK and knowledge to hit the ground running with little to no supervision. This is could also be a good opportunity for Planners who have worked on complex minor/small major applications to further their skill-set.

They have the facilities to offer accomodate for great flexible working and so are willing to consider consultants countrywide.
