Interim Team Manager - Local Authority in Hertfordshire
One of my Hertfordshire Local Authority clients have an available post for an Interim Development Control Manager.
This would suit an experienced development management professional who has extensive knowledge and experience, both in relation to planning and development management issues, and in relation to staff and performance management.
The role would lead a busy team in an interim period during the restructure of the service. The team covers half the geographical area of the Council – dealing with a full caseload of pre-applications, applications, appeals and all associated casework. The post holder would need to ensure that all performance targets are met and that the quality of the output meets the expectations placed on the service.
My client is looking for somebody to start with them in June on an initial 3 month basis but realistically the role is likely to extend further. Rates are yet to be confirmed but will be negotiable based on previous experience.
