You will be working in the historic and charming area of Hampshire, for a Local Authority, with ample opportunities to explore and discover the local countryside.
About the Role
The role will see you tackle a caseload of minor and householder applications. The successful candidate will deliver effective and efficient development management service, undertake site visits, draft reports and attend committee meetings.
The pay rate for this role is negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience and expertise.
The Council are ideally looking for someone to interview and start as soon as possible, however they are prepared to wait for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will ideally have a few years of experience in a Local Authority based Planning Development Management role and experience of large caseloads of minors. A chartered and qualified planner (MRTPI) is preferred but not essential.
