Planning Team Leader
I am currently recruiting for a team leader to work within a development management team at an exciting and dynamic Local Authority based in Essex.
The role is on an initial 6 month contract working in the council's development management team. The rate is negotiable depending on experience, but the client are happy to offer good rates for the right candidate.
In this post you will be managing a team of 5 planners, as well as dealing with some of your own large major projects. The role will require an a good knowledge and experience of greenbelt policies as well as experience presenting reports at committee.
To be considered for this role you will need at least 5-10 years planning experience for a Local Authority in their Development Management team. as well as previous experience working at principal or team leader level, and experience managing a minimum of 2 junior officers. You will also need a UK driving licence.
