About youIdeally you will have a minimum of a 2:1 first degree level alongside a RTPI or RICS accredited qualification. Due to the variety of projects and clients that you will be dealing with, it would be excellent if you were able to discuss projects where you have managed your time effectively and had to liaise with various stakeholders. It would be highly beneficial if you have proven experience within a consultancy either as a Senior Planner, or a Planner ready to make the next step up, on mixed-use schemes and can demonstrate excellent negotiation skills in order to work with new and existing clients.
