Senior Planner - Strategic Land
Ideally you will have worked in one or two national house builders, although all backgrounds will be considered, it is essential that you have a good understanding of strategic land promotions. Experience in assessing strategic site viability would be advantageous, as would being able to demonstrate strong budget control in previous roles. If you are coming from a consultancy background, it is crucial that you have housing expertise and have worked within a strategic land team. In either case, having experience attending and being directly involved in appeals would be beneficial. Preferably you will be MRTPI, working towards it or have demonstrable UK experience.
About the role
