Hertfordshire - 1 x Senior/Principal Planner- 3 Months Rolling - Mixture of complex minor, medium and major residential and commercial applications - client open to discussing optimum working arrangements for output - likely to pay up to £33ph (DOE) - Inside IR35

Hertfordshire - 3 x Planning Officers - 3 Months Rolling - Caseload of householder and minor development proposals (changes of use, extensions, advertisements, pre-applications, prior-approvals etc.) - the candidate must have access to a car - client ideally looking for 4 days in the office, with the opportunity for the candidate to work one day at home however would be open to discussion - rates up to £25 per hour (DOE) - Inside ir35

Essex - 1 x Senior Planner - 3 Months Rolling - Consultant required as a result of increased workload and specific major projects in the development pipeline -Client able to offer a condensed working week with flexi-time - rates up to £30 per hour - Outside of IR35

Surrey - 3 x Planning Officers required to fill gaps in establishment - 3 Months Rolling (likely to progress for 6-9 months) - Working on a range of basic development proposals (extensions, changes of use, advertisements, listed building consents, prior-approvals and minor applications - will be an element of greenbelt and conservation areas) - client can offer up to 2 days home working dependent on residency of consultant - pay rates up to £32 per hour (DOE) - inside IR35

Surrey - 2 x Senior Planning Officers - 3 Months Rolling, anticipated for 9-12 months - working on a mixed bag from householders to major applications -flexible working available, 2 days at home - Inside IR35

Kent - Planning Consultant (DM) to help take on a specific caseload - 6 Month Rolling contract with the view to extend thereafter - assessing minor and major applications of significant political complexity - rates up to £40 per hour - Outside IR35

Kent - 2 x Planning Officers required to help fill gaps in both my clients establishments - 3 Months Rollingm likely to roll on for 12+ months - consultant would uptake a mixed bag of householder, commercial and residential minor and complex minor applications - rates up to £31 per hour (DOE) - Inside IR35

Kent - 1 x Senior Planning Officer required to cover maternity - Initial 3-6 month contract with very high likelihood of extension - up-taking some of a previous caseload whilst dealing with some of their backlog - able to offer 2-3 days home working - rates up to £35 per hour - Inside IR35

Suffolk - 1 x Planning Officer required due to a gap in establishment posts - 3 Month Rolling - Flexible working arrangements possible - householder and minor applications - pay rates TBC

Cambridgeshire - 1 x Planning Officer - Contract until the end of the year - working on a mixed caseload of householder applications within urban, rural and Green belt contexts - initial option of 1 day home working or operating on a condensed arrangement with the view to increase flexibility further down the line - pay rates likely to be £28-30 per hour - Inside IR35

Cambridgeshire - 1 x Senior Planning Officer - Contract until the end of the year - looking due to an increased in workload and gap in establishment - would be working on complex minor and small scale major applications - competitive/negotiable rates - rates likely £32 - 38 per hour - Inside IR35

Buckinghamshire - Principal Planning Officer - Contract until the end of the year - Major applications Team working of large schemes - Up to £40 an hour pay and extremely flexible working arrangements and opportunity to work primarily from home - Outside IR35

Berkshire - Senior Planner - 3 Month Initial - Mixed caseload with the potential to take on a caseload of large applications or a mix of more complex minor applications - Potential to work from home 1 to 2 days a week - £30 an hour negotiable - Inside IR35

Oxfordshire - Planning Officer - 3 Month Initial - High volume caseload of minor and householder application - Very flexible working arrangements, potential to work 2-3 days in the office - pay £25/£27 an hour negotiable - Outside IR35

Devon - Principal Planner - 6 Months - can be very flexible working around your requirements -- Working on majors 500+ units -£30-£40 an hour dependent on experience - Outside IR35

Devon - Planning Officer - 3 Months Initial - Office based - Householders and Minors- £25+ an hour - Inside IR35

Dorset - Planning Officer - 3 Months Initial - some flexibility - Minors and Householders - Outside of IR35

Gloucestershire - Planning Office Rolling - 3 Months - £25-£30, minors and householders - Inside IR35

Gloucestershire - Conservation Officer required as a result of a secondment - 3 Months Rolling --providing advice to the Development Management team on matters relating to heritage, listed buildings and conservation areas - pay rates to be between £25-27 per hour (DOE) - Inside IR35

Leicestershire - Planning Officer - 6 Month Initial - Flexible with home working - working on householder and minor applications- £26-£30 per hour - Inside IR35

Yorkshire - Planning Officer - 3 Months Initial - 4 days in the office - rate open to negotiation - Inside IR35

Warwickshire - 2 x Planning Officer - 3 Months Initial - 4 to 5 days in the office - rate open to negotiation - Inside IR35
