Our client's range of projects is as wide and as varied as you could hope for and your role as Planning Officer will focus on small and medium planning applications to start with. Our client is keen to give people the chance to take on roles with a high level of responsibility and you will be expected to show enthusiasm towards further development of your own skills as it is very likely that this role will go on for some time.

The successful candidate in this role will be a DM Planner who has worked in London previously and understands the unique challenges faced with inner city development. An appropriate degree level qualification is required.

The role is based Central London, will be offered on a 35 hour week contract and the rate will be around £20-£25/hr (negotiable). Given this particular client's extensive work programme it's highly likely this contract will roll on for some time, we have other people working there who have been there +2 years.
