Interim Estate Service Manager -Council -London Area -£200-£250
My council in the London area have a fantastic opportunity for the candidate to be part of a team who are working together to create a ground-breaking shared staffing structure across multiple boroughs.
The Estate Service Manager perform a range of essential tasks on and around the council estates including responding to emergencies such as burst pipes and lift trappings. Additionally the ES Manager will be required to maintain and control the Council's contractors. Officers are responsible for providing a fast and sound emergency response, as well as monitoring anti-social nuisance on behalf of environmental services. On occasion they are also required liaise with the Animal Welfare Service in the local area to support potential problems they may face.
