Our busy planning team is working on a wide range of exciting projects across London and the South East for both public and private sector clients and are looking to expand the team.
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Town Planner to join our expanding team. To be considered for this role you will have a relevant degree such as Town / City and Regional Planning, a minimum of two years’ town planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment and will ideally be RTPI qualified.
The position will entail:
- Advise landowners, developers and investors on projects and policy issues
- Negotiate with local planning authorities
- Prepare and summit planning applications
- Write and submit appeals
- Attend meetings with clients, senior staff and local authorities
- Present proposals at public meetings or planning committees

Negotiable based on experience, we offer a starting salary of £30,000-£42,500 dependent on
experience, plus a range of great benefits, including:
