My NHS client are currently looking for an experienced Head of Estates committed to delivering the best quality care and safest environment for our patients and staff.

Duties will include:
-Strategic estates planning - supporting our customers to deliver healthcare premises that meet future needs for patient services.

-Asset management - acting as landlord, disposing of surplus properties that commissioners decide are no longer needed, regularising leases and developing new facilities

- As an experienced senior leader you will be highly motivated with a track record of delivering excellence and developing an Estate function to provide an efficient and patient-focused service.

You will have highly developed interpersonal skills, be adept at influencing change, building engagement and managing complex situations. A clear and adaptable communication style is essential to support an innovative and patient focused approach.

To drive our estate improvement plans and to head up the Estates teams, they are keen to attract an experienced Head of Estates to ensure our vision is delivered.

Experience of this role within the NHS is a must.
