My Council client in the West midlands are currently looking for a chartered surveyor to review the entire assets of the council and lead their upcoming disposal programme.

Duties will include:

-Properties include: care homes, children's homes, garages and similar properties that are not worth selling.

The person must be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and must be a registered valuer.

The candidate should be able to prioritise their work as will be dealing with multiple projects at any one time so will therefore have to be competent and be able to think on their feet. My client is looking for an individual with agency and direct development experience

The candidate will have previous council experience or similar experience within the public sector.

Please let me know if you are interested and send me your most recent CV. Should you not be available but can recommend anyone that would be, please get in touch to find out about our generous referral scheme.
