One of the UK's largest specialist planning consultancies with offices nationwide are expanding their Manchester team. This growing office have a steady increase in demand from their established client base, creating the perfect opportunity for an ambitious planner looking to work among a team of specialists in a great office environment.

Role & Company:


  • You'll be working on a wide range of planning applications, predominantly across Manchester & NW. Your responsibilities include managing key projects, mentoring junior staff, and developing new business. You'll regularly be in contact with external stakeholders and clients, and most of the work you do will be large scale residential, but there will be significant flexibility between sectors.


  • A large UK planning consultancy, you'll be joining their growing Manchester office, working exclusively with a number of high level planners on a range of projects and across a variety of sectors. They operate as a group of fluid teams, allowing you the chance to work with most of the other planners at the company. They have a bright and vibrant new office space, where with their hot desking approach allows you have access to the wider team and directors.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have a minimum 5 years' experience working in the industry post qualification
  • Bulk of experience must be from the private sector
