Planning Policy Administrator

Admin and Secretarial - Maidenhead

Ackerman Pierce are currently recruiting for a Planning Policy Administrator position in Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. The Planning Policy Administrator vacancy will be for an initial 3-6 Months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance, and falls within the Admin and Secretarial industry.


  • Scanning and photocopying documents
  • Filing documents onto the electronic database
  • Interpret and analyse data on the in-house systems
  • Design spreadsheets and use Excel functions
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a fast paced environment
  • Excellent IT skills and experience of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • To liaise effectively with outside bodies and other council staff as and when required


  • Intermediate to advanced skills on MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a flexible manner
  • Experience working as a Planning Policy Administrator position, or knowledge regarding planning policy would be advantageous
