My client, a Local Authority based in the South East are looking for a Planning Officer to join their busy Development Management team on an initial 3 month, rolling contract. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling a case load of householder and minor applications. Ideally they will have experience working in rural and urban districts with the addition of experience in greenbelt areas. 

Ideal Candidate

  • RTPI accredited 
  • Access to own vehicle (site visits)
  • Experience with household and minors 
  • Recent local authority experience 
  • 2+ years in Development Management
