Interim Facilities Manager - 6 months - School - London - Outside IR35 £300-£350
My Private sector client are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to assist in the operational management of a recent project.
Duties will include:
-Leading the operations and facilities of a 40 acre campus
-Managing a small team of 4 tradesman, 4 porters and 10 domestic staff
-Planned and Reactive maintenance works completed in house
-Ensuring project is fully operational and meet the practical completion deadline
-Be able to handle asbestos issues
The ideal candidate will have grade 2 listed building experience and have asset management and backlog status.
