This post would suit a DM Planner with the capability to work on a range of applications including ones of strategic importance.

As well as working through your own caseload of applications, You will prepare and present Committee reports, development proposals including major proposals of strategic importance, complex development issues as well as preparing statements, proofs of evidence for public enquiries and act as the professional witness.

The Local Authority have expressed that they would be happy to offer flexible working arrangements and will pay accordingly for the right candidate. The contract is looking to run for a minimum of 6 months.

I'd like the opportunity to speak with you about this role in further detail so please do drop me a line on 0207 766 9086 or contact me using the link on this advert.

I look forward to speaking with you soon.
