Planning Enforcement Officer

I am currently working with a Client based in the East Midlands looking for a Planning Enforcement Officer to join their busy Development Control team on an initial 6 month contract - the role will also include processing planning applications amongst enforcement duties, the details are below.

Ideal Candidate

- Recent development Management experience
- Conduct site visits
- Handle a caseload of minors and householder
- Change of use applications
- Great negotiation skills
- 2+ years Enforcement experience
