Development Management Lead (Minerals and Waste)
This is an interesting career opportunity for an experienced Development Management professional with an interest but not necessarily experience of minerals and waste to head a small team in the Development Management Department.
The South Downs National Park Authority is a young, exciting organisation created to care for the landscapes, wildlife and heritage of National Park and help people to learn about and enjoy the area. We also have an important role to support the local communities that live and work here.
We are looking for talented individuals to take this important work forward and are committed to creating a modern, flexible organisation that works through partnership and supports local action.
You will be responsible for delivering the Minerals & Waste Development Management service, (including the monitoring, compliance and enforcement of this service).You will also have a caseload of challenging Development Management applications and other related activities.
