Planning Officer - Development Management

This role forms part of our busy Development Management team, and primarily involves dealing with a caseload of planning applications of varying complexity, including householder and minor schemes, listed building consent, works to trees, applications for consent to display adverts, and prior notifications.
You will have a degree or an NVQ level 6 in a managerial or professional / technical field and experience in a similar role and 3 years' qualitative experience.
The role will also afford excellent opportunity for career development and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues within the planning policy team.
