Rother District Council is an ambitious Council at the heart of 1066 Country in East Sussex. Based in Bexhill-on-Sea the district also covers the historic towns of Battle and Rye as well as a large, attractive rural area, predominantly falling within the High Weald AONB.

We are looking to appoint a suitable candidate to the role of Principal Planning Officer Team Leader. The successful applicant will bring their experience to a critical role dealing with major and other significant applications in both rural and urban situations at a time of growth in the District. The post-holder will also have responsibility for managing and guiding planning officers at various levels in the Development Management team.
