Senior / Associate Planner

Opportunity:

A growing consultancy are expanding their planning division and seek a Senior / Associate Town Planner to work across a variety of project, ultimately growing a team to lead.

This consultancy are rapidly growing due to continued successes developing mixed use sites for utility clients. A multidisciplinary practice working across property, planning and environmental services, you'll advise clients on utility projects and the best use/developments for sites. You'll be tasked with taking their projects forwards with the property team and ensure planning permission is granted for the variety of developments advised upon. While there are junior planner to provide support from other offices, within 6-12 months you'll be expected to look to grow the business and a team to manage in your Oxfordshire office.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MRTPI qualified Senior / Associate Planner with relevant planning degree.
• Commercial mind-set - expertise in advising clients honestly and taking projects through to completion.
• Strong, demonstrable successes across a variety of planning sectors.
• Driving licence.
