Graham appointed development head for South East

BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker have appointed Sam Graham as head of development land agency for the South East.

Graham will be based in the Strutt & Parker Guildford office, and joins from Redrow Homes where he held the role of head of land. 

Prior to this, he was senior land manager at Bellway Homes, and head of development agency at Cluttons for 18 years. He has over 20 years of experience working for consultants and housebuilders specialising in development land acquisitions, disposals and valuations.

Tom Stanley, head of development & planning at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “The UK has an abundance of underutilised land that could be allocated for development. The South East is the second most developed UK region and as such requires a particular expertise to unlock more potential, of which Sam is the ideal candidate.”
