Lichfields announces senior promotions 

Planning and development consultancy Lichfields has announced several senior promotions as it continues to grow its national operations.

Ian York (London), Gayle Black and Robert Dibden (Newcastle) step up to the role of planning director. Madeleine Rigby (Bristol) becomes an associate director.

New senior planners are Caitlin Newham (Bristol), Tobias Robinson (Cardiff), Sean Farrissey and Charlotte Walker (both in London), and Emma Callaghan (Newcastle).
