Marrons announces two hires in Midlands
Marrons has made two new appointments in its Midlands teams.
Megan Wilson has been appointed planning director in Nottingham. Wilson, with more than 10 years of experience, joins from DLP Planning, where she was associate director. Her expertise lies in medium to large-scale strategic developments, supporting site allocation through local plans, and managing residential-led development proposals, including complex brownfield and greenbelt sites.
James Lloyd joins as senior planner in Birmingham. Lloyd, previously a senior planner at CT Planning, brings eight years of experience in residential and commercial projects across urban and rural contexts. At Lichfield District Council, he managed more than 70 applications, including development certificates, change of use, and listed building consents. In his new role, Lloyd will advise clients on strategy, conduct site appraisals, and manage a variety of planning applications.
