Montagu Evans announces historic environment head 

Planning and development consultancy Montagu Evans has appointed Dr Timur Tatlioglu as partner to head its historic environment and townscape team.

Tatlioglu has been at the firm for a decade and has worked on schemes including M&S Oxford Street and St William's redevelopment of the Bromley by Bow gasholders.
