Acorn Property Group appoints new in-house solicitor

Acorn Property Group has appointed Marta Ochocka as the company’s in-house solicitor.

Ochocka has experience in property and finance, advising on commercial property, finance, acquisitions, and industrial and commercial landholdings.

Ochocka said: “I’m enjoying the new challenges working as an in-house solicitor. Being involved with all aspects of the business gives me the opportunity to get to know what Acorn is trying to achieve and I am looking forward to helping them take the business forward.”

She will be involved with the land and sales teams on all legal aspects of sales, joint ventures and purchase arrangements, whilst advising throughout the company on any legal matters and liaising with external solicitors.
