Aitchison Raffety announces two hires

Aitchison Raffety has appointed Michelle Campbell and Duncan Thomas to its leadership team. 

Thomas is appointed head of planning and development in the London office to focus on coordinating the delivery of advice to both existing and new clients of the business. He has more than 25 years of experience in development, planning and regeneration, gained through both consultancy roles and client-side positions within the public sector. 

His portfolio includes projects across various market sectors including small-scale developments, major town and city centre mixed-use projects, and creation of new communities.

Campbell joins as head of valuation and has 15 years of experience as a chartered surveyor and registered valuer. She will lead the valuation team, providing client care through advice and up-to-date market intelligence.

She was previously head of valuation compliance at a global property consultancy, where she ensured compliance with RICS and IVSC standards. Her experience includes managing high-value portfolio mandates for institutional funds.
