Aitchison Raffety appoints head of planning

Aitchison Raffety has appointed James Holmes as head of planning.
Holmes joined the property consultancy in 2007 at the company’s Berkhamsted office and was made a director in 2017.
He has 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors and has an in-depth knowledge of the planning system. He is “significantly” experienced in securing planning permission for major developments across multiple sectors.
Holmes replaces Nigel Ozier, who will remain a director within the division working closely with the senior members of the team.
