Aitchison Raffety has appointed James Holmes as head of planning.
Holmes joined the property consultancy in 2007 at the company’s Berkhamsted office and was made a director in 2017.
He has 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors and has an in-depth knowledge of the planning system. He is “significantly” experienced in securing planning permission for major developments across multiple sectors.
Holmes replaces Nigel Ozier, who will remain a director within the division working closely with the senior members of the team.
