Apex Airspace takes off with two appointments
Airspace developer Apex Airspace has made two senior appointments to its team in London.
Simon Bridgen has been appointed the new business director and joins from Forward Swindon. Bridgen will focus on identifying London boroughs and housing associations with airspace opportunities across the capital and outlying suburbs.
Mark Kolcular joins as marketing manager from Fruition Properties. He will focus on defining and strengthening the Apex brand.
Arshad Bhatti, chief executive of Apex Airspace, said: “I’ve always been confident that Apex Airspace could drive significant change in the delivery of housing across London and other UK cities.
“We’ve researched the market and invested heavily to ensure that our proposition can scale up to the extent it needs to make a tangible difference.”
