Arbitration ace is the new face at Cornerstone

Natasha Peter Cornerstone [square]Commercial dispute expert Natasha Peter has joined Cornerstone Barristers as a new tenant from June 2021 with a view to expanding her English practice in renewables and energy work.

Peter, qualified in both English and French law, will be based primarily in Paris and continue her role as counsel at leading French Law Firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, while concentrating on English law commercial and environmental disputes at Cornerstone. 

Called to the Bar in 2001, she has a broad practice spanning complex commercial disputes in the energy, renewables, natural resources, construction, infrastructure and transport sectors. She has extensive experience of international and domestic arbitration.

Peter is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, regularly publishing articles and speaking at seminars as well as lecturing for several French universities on topics relating to international arbitration, commercial/contract law and alternative dispute resolution.
