Robert Oates [square]Arbtech Consulting has announced that it has taken on 20 employees in the last three months as part of its “rapid expansion” strategy.

The ecological and arboricultural consultancy now employs almost 60 staff who are either office-based or home-based around the country, allowing the company to carry out "rapid" reports for sites with sensitive environmental constraints nationally.

The firm's clients are developers or private individuals who are seeking planning consent and the Arbtech consultants produce reports on arboriculture, ecology and protected species licensing and mitigation, topography and biodiversity net gain.

Robert Oates, managing director of Arbtech Consulting, said: “In the next 12 months we hope to bed-in and up-skill a lot of the graduates we have taken on this year, and just keep cranking away at being a great place to work – because workplace happiness is what drives our exceptional customer service and speed, which makes clients happy, too!”
