Ashurst hires partner in London

Claire Dutch  [square]International law firm Ashurst has appointed Claire Dutch partner to co-head its planning team in London.

Dutch joins from Hogan Lovells where she has been a partner since 2007 and most recently headed up the firm's planning team. She focuses on all aspects of planning law, highways law, heritage law and CPO.

She has experience in managing major regeneration projects, with a particular specialism in energy and waste projects.

Dutch said: "Ashurst's strong position locally and globally in the real estate sector provides great opportunities. I look forward to joining the team and working with Trevor Goode to grow the planning practice, building on the firm's excellent reputation."
