Avant Homes announces North Yorkshire expansion

Avant Homes has announced it has launched its seventh region in North Yorkshire to deliver 726 new homes.
The housebuilder has existing operations based in Stirling, Sunderland, Wakefield, Chesterfield, Nottingham and Solihull.
Scott Varley, regional chairman at Avant Homes, said: “Avant Homes North Yorkshire is an exciting expansion to our business which forms part of our ongoing nationwide strategic growth plan.
“Launching with three developments underway, and two others receiving planning approval, means we have a great deal of momentum in North Yorkshire allowing us to deliver much-needed, new-build homes for people in the region.”
