Avant Homes appoints West Yorkshire MD 

Avant Homes West Yorkshire has appointed Richard Hosie as managing director to lead the housebuilder’s expansion strategy in the region.

Hosie, who was previously a managing director for Persimmon Homes, has 19 years of experience in the housebuilding industry.

In his new role, Hosie is working closely with the company’s land, construction, technical and sales teams to further expand Avant Homes’ operations and developments across West Yorkshire.
