Avant Homes Central hires director 

Avant Homes Central has appointed Matt Barker as director in charge to lead the Central region’s multi-tenure growth strategy.

Barker joins from Persimmon Homes where he held the same position for the company’s South Yorkshire region.

He has worked in the housebuilding industry for 26 years in a variety of land, planning, partnerships, development and management roles.

Barker will lead the regional team in bringing outlets forward and delivering the company’s multi-tenure strategy.
