Bargate Homes hires planning head in Hampshire 

Housebuilder Bargate Homes has appointed Luke Vallins as head of planning in Hampshire to strengthen its internal team. 

Vallins was previously a senior planning manager at Foreman Homes near Fareham, and has been involved in a range of residential and mixed-use schemes. 

He will oversee its consultant teams, take sites through the planning process and work with the land team identifying and reviewing new opportunities in the area.
