Barton Willmore appoints two partners
Planning and design consultancy Barton Willmore has appointed planning directors Justin Kenworthy and Nick Paterson-Neild partners from within the organisation.
Kenworthy began his career in Barton Willmore’s London office as senior planner 17 years ago. His specialist areas include residential-led regeneration, estate regeneration, later-living, hotel development and collocation proposals on industrial land.
Paterson-Neild, who is based in the Reading office, joined Barton Willmore in 2003 as a planner with a focus on the Thames Valley, Oxfordshire and northern Hampshire markets. The majority of his work is in the promotion of strategic residential land and the education sector.
Mark Sitch, senior partner at Barton Willmore, said: “Both Justin and Nick have had outstanding careers with the practice, and it has been great to watch them both grow and be instrumental in the delivery of our investing in people programme.“
