Barton Willmore grows its Cambridge office

Andrew Winter [square]Barton Willmore’s Cambridge office has made three new appointments, after a 43 per cent growth in the south east region over the past year.

Melissa Reynolds and Lisa Hall have been appointed planning associates and Andrew Winter joins as senior planner.

Reynolds has worked on two large-scale major planning applications for mixed use schemes to extend Ely, as well as working at South Cambridgeshire Council where she project managed the pre-application submission for the urban extension near Cambridge Airport.

Hall joins from Bidwells in Cambridge where she co-led the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) team and led on EIA projects for a number of national clients.

Winter worked at South Cambridgeshire District Council where he was lead officer on the new town at Waterbeach, a 10,000-home site located north of Cambridge.
