Barton Willmore hires associate in Bristol

Barton Willmore has appointed Will Spencer as infrastructure and environmental planning associate in its Bristol office.

Spencer has spent the last three years as a development consent order (DCO) and statutory process manager at Highways England.

In his new role he will run planning projects for a range of infrastructure and energy developments across the UK. He specialises in infrastructure planning, DCOs, and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).

Ben Lewis, infrastructure and environmental planning director at Barton Willmore, said: “Going forward, we want to continue to grow the team with skilled professionals who, like Will, have a combined planning and environmental skillset.”
