Lord Gavin Barwell has joined Arcadis as a non-executive advisor, which will see him help to develop the company’s housing and urban regeneration offer.
The former MP for Croydon has served as the planning minister and minister for London. He was also the chief of staff to former Prime Minister Theresa May.
Barwell will remain an active peer but will also work with Arcadis providing strategic advice on a series of priorities around construction, housing, placemaking and urban regeneration.
In this role, Barwell will help develop both Arcadis’s emerging residential sector footprint and housing JV model and its precision manufacture and modular construction expertise.
